The Train Phase of the Visage process is designed to complete the process "ownership" by client personnel through the following: 

• Ensure that responsible personnel are fully aware and familiar with the requirements of maintaining their compliance monitoring capabilities
• Respond, in-depth, to any questions or concerns relative to how the monitoring system will be maintained and sampled
• Explain how client personnel and Visage will work together to integrate new and/or expanded regulations into the compliance framework
