The Remedy Phase is designed to correct any compliance issues that arise during the Assess Phase, as well as to strengthen the commitment of personnel to ownership of solutions to compliance issues through the following steps:

·      Presentation of approved segments of the Assessment to appropriate personnel

·      An in-depth explanation of the analysis process involved in identification of compliant and non-compliant policies

·      Encourage "buy-in" for utilization of modified processes to correct issues

·      Gain commitment to Assessment and Recommendation time-lines
