The OpsAudit™ service suite includes a suite
of client-customized assessment services, including Visage's proprietary TenRiskSM
methodology, as described below. The OpsAudit™ service
incorporates TenRiskSM, an assessment of SarbOx compliance
in eleven areas of the Act, as well as assessments of insurance drivers, high-visibility
priorities, and high-priority Board-level action items. The
OpsAudit™ service is substantially unlike typical
audits including operational audits performed by accountants in that it incorporates
the concepts of Business Process Improvement and Enterprise Risk Management in
regard to the operations of the business.
TenRisk SM Methodology
Visage has created a framework for compiling information about the frequency
and severity of risk incidents in ten different areas of corporate operations
- the proprietary TenRiskSM methodology. Visage works with a cross-section of
a company's employees from different functional areas and the senior management team to collect
operational information. The end product is a compilation of the operations'
current levels of risk, frequency of events, mitigation processes in place and
the responsible party assigned to each area.
