Duane MacEntee – Compliance Executive & Attorney is a strategic, results-oriented executive with 15+ years of compliance and operations experience working for publicly traded companies, government agencies and government contractors.

Joel Walls – is a senior account manager with Alphanumeric Systems, Inc. for the last 12 years. Joel has more than 25 years of experience in the information technology field.  

Pat Camblin (CPA, CISA, MBA) – is Managing Partner of Camblin CPA, PLLC.  He has in-depth experience in accounting processes & information technology controls design and assessment with Big-4 public accounting, Fortune 100 and smaller corporations.  He was in on the ground-floor with the 2004 implementation of SOX, and has managed numerous internal control projects ranging in size from local assessments to multi-year, global ERP implementations (SAP, BaaN & Oracle) for multi-billion dollar multinationals.
