present a workshop entitled "SOX-101 for Electric, Gas
& Water Utilities…An Introduction to Sarbanes-Oxley" at the
December utility industry workshop sponsored by Visage
Solutions and Electric Utility Consultants, Inc. (EUCI) at
the Hilton in Walt Disney World Resort - Florida. The workshop is
scheduled to take place December 11-12, 2006.
