announced an agreement with BitX S.A., to cooperate in
providing solutions to international companies required to
comply with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. BitX, a highly regarded
services company based in Buenos Aires, will make use of
Visage Solutions’ SingleVUE™ methodology, along with other
tools, to implement cost-effective and sustainable
compliance solutions. Visage has already conducted training
of the BitX staff, and will provide guidance, direction and
oversight to ensure the success of BitX.
