Through a series of workshops, templates and services, the Visage solutions are geared to significantly reduce the time, effort, complexities and costs associated with meeting these requirements.

The workshops train the attendees in the basics and requirements of SAS70, COSO Internal Controls framework; Risk Assessments and the Control Objectives established by TVA.

Visage uses a tool, eProcessManager SOX Enterprise (ePM) to produce the template, which consists of documentation in Word, Excel and VISIO flow charts of the common processes, risks and controls which effect TVA’s control objectives. All the attendees receive this template at the conclusion of the workshop. TVA has been reviewing this template and has consistently provided positive feedback.

ePM is available to TVPPA members at a significant discount. Use of the ePM tool produces high quality documentation while reducing the challenging burden of keeping many pieces of compliance documentation in-sync.

The templates will not be made available to non attendees of the work shop series.
