VisageSolutions to Conduct SAS70 Workshops |

Raleigh, NC, December 1, 2005 –
VisageSolutions
will conduct a series of workshops
in conjunction with TVPPA (Tennessee Public Power
Association) starting December 6th. These workshops will be
offered TVPPA's members who have to produce SAS70's as a
result of their association with TVA (Tennessee Valley
Authority).
| SAS70 Workshop: The
purpose of these workshops is to provide each
participant with a detailed understanding of how to
meet SAS70 requirements for each of the control
objectives required for the SAS70.
Upon completion of all four sessions, the
participant will:
- Understand the minimum documentation
requirements for SAS70 reporting.
Have participated in the assessment of risks
and identification of controls for all
applicable control objectives
Receive a summary of the documentation
developed during the four sessions
Have a structured and sustainable approach
for applying the deliverables at their
individual utility
Receive a preliminary template being
developed by Visage Solutions

regional service organization that represents the interests
of consumer-owned electric utilities operating within the
Tennessee
Valley Authority (TVA) service area. TVPPA members
