Essential to the execution of the VisageSolutions process is the third stage, the Training Phase.  Following closely behind the Remediation Phase, Training is designed to complete the process "ownership" by existing client personnel.  The Training Phase allows VisageSolutions to: 

• Ensure that existing, responsible personnel are fully aware and totally comfortable with the requirements of maintaining their new compliance monitoring capabilities.
• Respond in-depth to any questions or concerns relative to how the monitoring system will be maintained and sampled.
• Explain how existing personnel and VisageSolutions will work together to integrate new and/or expanded regulations into the compliance system framework.
