The Remediation Phase follows the Assessment Phase in the VisageSolutions process. This second stage is designed to correct any compliance issues that arise during the Assessment Phase, as well as to strengthen the commitment of existing personnel to owning the solution to compliance issues.  The Remediation Phase allows VisageSolutions to: 

• Present Executive Management approved segments of the Assessment Report to existing personnel.
• Explain in-depth to accountable personnel the analysis process involved in identification of compliant and non-compliant policies.
• Encourage personnel "buy-in" for utilization of the VisageSolutions process to correct identified issues.
• Gain commitment to Assessment Report time-lines.
