History

Since inception, Visage Solutions has focused on providing services in the areas of regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and risk management solutions, including planning, consulting and training. In early 2003, shortly after it’s founding, Visage focused on providing cost-effective Sarbanes-Oxley and other compliance solutions to public companies struggling to understand and implement effective solutions to an evolving standard. The company has evolved to provide integrated compliance solutions that encompass all aspects of a company’s compliance framework.
